There's Tabacon Hot Springs, Baldi Hot Springs, Eco Termales and also this hot springs, Los Laureles. D'Angelo and myself, along with our friend Christopher spent the afternoon at Los Laureles. This hot springs was definitely done in more traditional, Tico-style way; which is basic, adequate and practical. Los Laureles was designed to give Tico families and friends a place to hang-out and unwind after a long work week. There is no comparison between Los Laureles, Baldi and Tabacon, but that said, this hot springs with its .50 admission price, just may be a great option for backpackers and travelers on a budget.
