I have access to hot springs ,owners passes, I am not rich my parents decided to buy. big mistake interest rate is 14.900 at the rate payments are being paid they will finish in 2023 screw the NRPI.

NRPI is definately a blot on our wonderful city. It was not the best decision they made, but don’t blame Hot Springs Village. It is beautiful, safe, and a wonderful place to live! I am not rich. I am a single mother of 2. And I’ve lived all over the nation. My kids and I all love Hot Springs Village. We have income levels and prices from middle to high. The diversity is part of what makes us work. Just give it a chance and you will see.
