Ummm, these are “value” SUITES…$250 a day isnt much of a “value” in my eyes. While this resort is “themed” along the linesl All Star Sports Resort, it aint a “value”, ie affordable for most families.

Why would Disney build a brand new resort that their average customer wouldn’t be able to afford in the middle of a recession. If you want more expensive places to stay go to Saratoga Springs (built in 2004), Animal Kingdom Villas (built in 2007), or Bay Lake Towers (built in 2009), all Deluxe Villa Resorts.
April 25th, 2012 - 04:48
Well when you think about it that is a value for anyone that goes to Disney often. Disney prices are always amazingly high.
April 25th, 2012 - 05:10
Disney IS the reason the “average customer” cannot afford it. They price their “Deluxe” hotels beyond what most people can afford and then spew out these “Value” hotels in response. Do you honestly think that Disney’s hefty price tags on the “Deluxe” resorts come with good reason? No, it’s nothing but greed. Also, if the recession is really as harmful to Disney’s business as you seem to believe, then they should hold off on building new hotels entirely. Recessions don’t last forever.

Pop Century is an Economy Resort and is very affordable to most folks, problem is, people think Disney is too expensive without cking out Deals.

She did much better in this one then in the first video I’ve seen her in. She toned it down a lot, which made the parts where she brought it up a little seem much niser. Great job! =)
I want to see this resort! =D

I think this will be the best value resort at Disney World. I was a big fan of the All-Star Movies Resort but this one looks better.
April 25th, 2012 - 14:08
I wish they would put one of these in Anaheim! I would LOVE to be able see this in person!
April 25th, 2012 - 14:19
i can’t believe this is a value resort! This place looks amazing!!!! I want to stay here next time
April 25th, 2012 - 15:46
the value resorts at disney are SO nice and so well priced! I booked our Art of Animation Little Mermaid room for just under $600 for 6 nights!! ridiculously well priced! I’ve stayed in roach motels for more and Disney value resorts are always so clean and well kept.

I didn’t say “the average customer” I said “their average customer.” there is a large difference between Disney’s average customer and the average citizen. I’m trying to figure out what your issue with Disney is here. First you were complaining about the cheap look to this resort, and how Disney doesn’t make enough new resorts. Now you’re complaining that Disney is too expensive, and that “they should hold off on building new hotels entirely.”
April 25th, 2012 - 19:28
ermmm no because that isn’t correct and you are wrong. Nice one
April 26th, 2012 - 03:13
Look forward to checking out the new resort. Glad Patty toned it down in the new clip as well.
April 26th, 2012 - 07:30
I CAN”T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!! i need to go to Disney again!!! AND STAY THERE!!!!
April 26th, 2012 - 11:40
Nice video, the resort is looking great. However, I don’t see why Disney felt the need to stand the host infront of a green screen, it’s a shame the host wasn’t actually at the resort.
April 27th, 2012 - 01:54
i love how it’s still green screen
